What is your return policy?

All paper products are nonrefundable. If you have any issues with your order please let us know. We will do our best to make it right. Customer service is our number one priority.


Does Mae B ship internationally?
We currently do not ship products outside of the US.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact hello@maebonline.com with any questions.

General returns disclaimer:
In the event that an item is approved for return. The returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.
